2) Printing method
Select your preferred method of 3d printing.
FDM is a low cost low resolution printing method that allows for rigid and quick prototypes.
This method prints at 100 micron layer thickness.
SLA is a high resolution printing process that allows for hollow parts in various materials including clear or even flexible materials.
This method prints at 25 micron layer thickness.
POLYJET is the highest resolution currently available in 3d printing. At a layer hight of only 16 micron it delivers the best results and very fast printing speed.
This method prints at 16 micron layer thickness.
3) Coating
SLA and Polyjet prints can also be electroplated in Copper, Rhodium, Silver and 24K Gold.
All printing methods can be spray painted to match a specific color.
We also offer finishes such as sanding, polishing and protective clear coating.
